The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have jetted off to Mustique, a tropical island paradise in the Caribbean, to escape the British winter weather and soak up a bit of sunshine.
Expectant couples have often taken the opportunity for a quiet and peaceful break before the excitement of the arrival of a new baby, but it’s only in recent years that these little sojourns have been given the catchy name of ‘babymoons’.

Mustique is a private island in the Grenadines and was a favourite destination of William’s (late) great aunt Princess Margaret. Here at A Royal Baby blog we hope they have a lovely, relaxing holiday away from the long lenses of the paparazzi!
